J have tested for you: ice to liquid nitrogen

Chin Chin Laboratorists opened a few weeks ago in London, located in Camden Lock, is a fairly obvious choice since the passage of tourists here is relentless, with peaks between the punks and the rastas and peak-yeah yeah. Chin Chin is the largest glacier in liquid nitrogen, a survivor of the popular techno-molecular-émotionello, ensconced in a mini laboratory friendly version of Ikea.

Perhaps you've ever tasted ice cream made with nitrogen, and perhaps you've realized that it was nothing very revolutionary, just instant cooling effect that makes his little thanks to the beautiful plumes of smoke that emerge. But the idea of making a business is original, and was eager to know how the creators had organized the thing.

No machinery or preposterous Marxian head in the corner: a nitrogen tank, 3 Kitchen Aid, that's for tools. The welcoming Ahrash his glasses and puts on his gloves, and go. The cryogenic nitrogen is mixed with the base of English (3 flavors: vanilla Madagascar, 66% Valrhona chocolate and the day) and presto, it's ready. There's more to choose their toppings, raspberry coulis and caramelized peanuts for me.

For £ 3.95, it was what? A dense, velvety texture due to tiny crystals, perfectly smooth, as I like. I regretted having chosen the chocolate at a time when I said ( out of the extra dry, no hello ) but all was really honorable.

an address that remains anecdotal - I am rather on the side of the glacier a thousand scents, the anguish of decisive choice in the tail, "not actually heuuuu heuuu I will take rather creamy nougat pistachio milk flower! Heuu not wait ! - But pleasant if one is in the corner.

Go, before flying to the paradise of the fig, I continue my quest for a glacier to rival London or Mary Pozzetto ...
