Leaving Las Vegas ...

Arriving at 4am in the hotel room, we were pleasantly surprised that there was no power in the room ... No severe hyper to sleep you say, but try to brush your teeth in the dark, or worse, get your pajamas in the pile of business not quite rows of 3 girls who just spent three weeks living in a tent and a car ... Fortunately there was a light in the hallway! And then the pleasure of waking up shortly after when all the lights in the room light up at once (obviously we had tried all the switches before realizing there was a general cut!).
So the next day (well a few hours later), when making the keys, I successfully negotiated (I knew I would be the commercial!) Compensation. Since we could not get refund because we had prepaid through Expedia I asked for three tickets to ride the top of the hotel tower (not the rooms are not top of the tower !).
So here is a small panoramic view of Vegas
The Strip : 
Apart from the Strip, it is rather flat ... 
At the top of the tower there are 3 attractions, including the X-Scream (to 264 m high):

Both the night we let the atmosphere and the kitsch of the Strip, both by day it feels really weird, it was flatly feeling to walk into a movie set:

You could not miss the famous fountains show, too bad that Music was not the Clair de Lune by Debussy otherwise we would have really believed in Ocean's 11 (we had Con Te Partiro, but I see in the list there also God Bless the USA a masterpiece that I discovered during the road trip just on a local radio station)!

It throws much less than non-night? 
Just to not leave without trying the casino, we played a dollar slot machine (besides the handle is no longer anything, is activated with a button, it sucks). Marlene returned (and lost again) the dollar (not me, I have no luck remember!), And again, no pieces falling down, it's a ticket that will then exchange cons of money, frankly it really has no interest: 
It was a little afraid of being thrown on the first night when we were at the Stratosphere, because it was not the super class after nights camping, but in fact there is really no "dress code" in casinos (except perhaps the most prestigious), there's a lot of people in shorts and flip flops. 
And here, this time it's not too nostalgia you can leave to other backgrounds, it was really fun but a night + 1 day that is quite enough! We are entitled to a beautiful rainbow in the sky over New York from:
