Roadtrip - Day 8: Los Angeles / Hollywood

Everybody Comes to Hollywood ...

A last look at where David Charvet be around, but apparently not ...

Cross the "suburbs" Los Angeles of , Malibu, where all PIPOL have a house it seems, and Santa Monica ... Then we arrive in LA. Sunset Boulevard, Hollywood Boulevard , Beverly Hills, Mulholland Drive , all names are of course familiar, it's almost strange to see that all these places really exist!

The Hollywood Walk of Fame :

The hill with the sign :

on the Hollywood Walk of Fame, strange characters wandering around, like this cowboy ...

And even here (especially here?), You can save your soul ...

Even ducks have their star ...

Meanwhile in the Disney Store, it goes funny things ...

trackers stars can get the map of houses PIPOL (and famous crime scenes ...):

After the ducks, frogs, it is a menagerie ...

Jesus comes, Jesus comes back, lalalala ...

It then descends to Rodeo Drive, the shopping street for the rich. The rich is easy to recognize they have a beautiful green lawn and a beautiful bright red convertible:

Via Rodeo:
The very rich are different from the rich because they have more of a limousine chauffeur, it's more class:

Pi y 'palms of course :
Dior, Channel, Armani, Gucci, Versace, there is plenty of choice. ..

After all these shops, it's time to get a hotel for the night, Hilton, Radisson, Hyatt, Marriott, again we only have to choose from, I'll let you guess which one threw our dedicated; -)

Good, brief assessment of LA / Hollywood anyway. Honestly a little disappointed, nothing really attractive and it really is a city where you have a car (as we said before). Hollywood is nice but I expected something more impressive, in fact the walk of fame is just a few blocks with the stars on the sidewalk, a large shopping mall, and people dressed who are taking pictures with tourists, and Beverly Hills, Rodeo Drive ... bin is essentially neighborhoods for (very) rich ...

Fun to do in passing, but not anything memorable! (OK I'm just disgusted not to have crossed George or Brad actually ;-))
